Return / Exchange Policy
Return / Exchange Policy:
- We accept return/exchange for up to 72 hours after delivery.
- Please reach out to us through email at hello@blomas.in or Whatsapp chat support at +919821346677 to initiate your exchange / return.
- For returns, a credit note will be issued with a deduction of INR 200. No refunds are issued.
- For sale items, we cannot accept any returns or exchange. All purchases are final.
- For customised orders, we cannot accept returns or exchange.
- For items purchased from the festive collection, an INR 300 charge will be applicable for returns / exchange.
- Items must be unworn, with the tags on and pass our quality check for us to accept the return / exchange.
- For size exchange, we can help initiate a pickup service (charges as per actuals, INR 200) or you can ship it to us at our address here: E-215, 2nd Floor, New Rajender Nagar, New Delhi - 110060
- For every extra piece you’d like to have exchanged, an additional INR 200 applies per item.
- If the item does not pass our quality check, it will be returned to the customer and no shipping amount will be reimbursed.
- Please note: there in only one-time exchange - exchanges & returns are limited to once per order.
- The store credit can be used for up to 6 months from date of issuing.
- Please note: for special cases, charges may differ by case.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon successful delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify the error.
